A Fantastic Vendor Opportunity for the Fall

 

Thank you for your interest in being a Vendor for the Pumpkin Patch at Yule Forest. We are open every weekend during September 30th - October 29th.

 

We have a sold out crowd every weekend, with typically 1,000+ people a day at the Pumpkin Patch, so please be prepared with a lot of merchandise/food. There will be more people here than at the Tulip Festival if you happened to be a vendor at that seasonal event. Please plan accordingly.

 

Please read ALL of the packet before booking your space. There will be a $50 reservation fee due after your registration when we contact you to confirm your vendor acceptance at the Yule Forest Pumpkin Patch. This fee will be applied towards the balance owed for your spaces.

VENDOR SPACE PRICING

 

SINGLE WEEKEND PRICE

10'X10' Booth Space............. $100/weekend

Additional 10'x10' Space....... $50/weekend

 

FIVE WEEKEND PRICE

10'X10' Booth Space............. $300 Total

Two 10'x10' Spaces.............. $500 Total

Important Dates:

Application Deadline: Sept. 1, 2023

Vendor Fee Due: Sept. 10, 2023

Opening Day: Sept. 30, 2023

 

Arts & Crafts Vendor Qualifications: We ask that all items sold are family appropriate. No vulgarity, nudity, or obscene language.  In your application email, include pictures of what items you will be selling and a link to your shop for review. Autumn inspired items are encouraged, but not required.

 

Food Vendor Qualifications: All Food Vendors must adhere to all current health and safety practices and may be required to have a temporary health permit. All food vendors are subject to inspection by the Health Department. You must place a plastic covering under the cooking area to protect the surfaces underneath. All food vendors must have an appropriate way to dispose of waste. If you are bringing a food truck or trailer, you must include a photo and the dimensions of your entire unit. If your unit is larger than 10 ft. X 10 ft., you will need to purchase an additional space. If you arrive and your dimensions do not meet the allocated space you will forfeit your space and will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Vendor Responsibilities: All of our spaces are set up outside and on grass terrain. Booth placement is determined only by what you are selling. Vendor must provide tent, table, supplies, and everything else you require. Tents should be weighted down due to wind or inclement weather. Stakes can be used to secure tents. You may bring a small, quiet generator if you need electricity - we do not provide electricity.  Vendors must have everything inside their assigned area.

 

Inclement Weather: We will make the final call to delay opening or cancel a day (or weekend) by 12pm on Friday. If inclement weather shuts the farm down, Vendors that are only booked for that single weekend will be refunded. If the Vendor cancels and we are still open, no refund will be issued.
